Made to order

Every basket is 3D-printed and assembled after you order. Small variations in color and finish are part of the handmade charm.

Cancellations & refunds

[DRAFT] You may cancel for a full refund before we begin printing. Because each basket is made to order, we can't accept returns of finished baskets except for items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Pickup

[DRAFT] Pickup details are sent with your confirmation. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be cancelled.

Shipping

[DRAFT] We ship within the continental United States via USPS. Shipping is charged at checkout.

Small parts

Articulated dragons and fidgets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

Privacy

We use your name, email, phone and address only to fulfill your order. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.
